Terms of Use

1. Your account is personal

Each account belongs to one person. Use your real name and an email address you control, and keep your password private.

You may not share your account, your login or your access with anyone. An account can be signed in on at most two devices at the same time; signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one.

To protect accounts we record sign-in activity (date, device, browser and approximate location).

2. Purchases, prices and access

Prices are shown in US dollars; you pay the amount shown at checkout through PayPal, by PayPal account or by card.

You can buy single courses, the complete academy bundle (courses 01 to 06), and project breakdowns. Project breakdowns are sold separately at their own price and are never part of the bundle.

Prices are fixed. Launch prices apply until 20 November 2026 (Amman time); regular prices apply after that. The price shown at checkout is final for that order.

Discount codes are given out by us personally. One code per order; a code may have an expiry date or a use limit, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. We may cancel a code that is shared publicly or misused; orders already paid with it stay valid.

Courses booked in the pre-sale become available on 20 November 2026 (Amman time) in the academy account created with the email address used for the booking.

You have access to what you bought for as long as the academy operates, including the updates we publish to it. Lessons may be added or improved over time, and a course may open before all of its lessons are released. If we ever decide to close the academy, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.

If a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, access to what that payment bought is paused until the matter is resolved.

3. What you may and may not do with the materials

Course videos, Claude skill files, prompts, templates, project files (prompts, reference sheets, shot lists and notes) and all other materials are licensed to you for your own use. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

You may use the materials yourself, including while producing paid work for your own clients. What you learn, and the work you create with it, you may use in your personal and professional projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, publish, share or give the materials themselves (or access to them) to anyone else, including clients and colleagues, in whole or in part, free or paid, or include them in any product or course you sell. You may not record or download the videos.

Downloadable files may carry your name and email address. Do not remove or change these marks.

4. If these terms are broken

If we find that an account or the materials are being shared or misused, we will first send a warning. If it continues, or in serious cases, we may suspend or permanently close the account and remove access to the courses and projects, without refund.

5. Brands and original films

The films in Behind the Work are original works by Al Hussein Production, directed by Hussein Atout. They were not commissioned by, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by, the brands that appear in them (such as Red Bull, Ferrari, Nike, Zara, Fugazzi or Al Ameed). Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the films. Buying a project breakdown gives you no right to use any brand's name, logo or products, and you may not present these films, or work based on them, as commissioned by those brands.

6. Third-party tools

The courses teach tools made by other companies (for example Claude, Higgsfield and other AI tools). Their subscriptions and costs are not included, they may change their features or prices at any time, and we are not affiliated with them unless we say so.

7. Our responsibility

We work to keep the academy available and the materials accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results from using the methods taught. To the extent the law allows, our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version date is shown at the top, and each order keeps the version accepted at checkout. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
